The position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Whitsett, NC the Receptionist could be the first point of contact for all of our customers. Will be responsible for answering multi-line phone system and greeting customers and vendors who visit our facility. Please check out our website at for more information. Job Duties:
Answer phones
Through in-depth questioning in order to direct customer calls to appropriate personnel
Great visitors to Corporate Headquarters
Clerical tasks including processing incoming & outgoing mail; photocopying; filing
Daily calculations of all receivable checks for deposit
Help with Accounts Payables and Billings, COI's
Special Projects
Directory updating for all employees
Schedule Conference Room
Order catering for office events when needed
Other office tasks that may be needed Job
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 - 3 years required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory
Excellent phone etiquette required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to multi-task

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
